We design and create a 3D model utilising our FreeForm package to show how your idea will actually look and perform. This model will then allow us to calculate material requirements, how the product will process and make recommendations to simplify rapid quality production.

Rendering
Using our Colours in Mind software, we can illustrate your product in any achievable colour, applying your labelling, artwork and packaging taking your product through to photorealistic quality.
At this stage we can offer imagery and video clips of you product in electronic formats to aid in marketing, mailshots and website creation.

Materials Selection
With the experience available within our business, and our long standing relationships within the raw materials market we can advise on which materials and colourants will offer you the best performance and consistency of supply for the lowest on cost.

Overview Consultation
Now that we have a rendered electronic model of your product, have selected materials, and have streamlined any potential processing issues, we meet to discuss the best format for manufacture. We can then offer access to our specialists in obtaining grants & sponsorship, trademarks & copyrights etc. We then agree upon who shall be approached to progress the project whilst retaining the security and integrity of your idea.

Tooling
We take your 3D model to a range of trusted toolmakers to obtain quotations. Our preference is always to support UK industry, and our contacts offer prices to compete with the Far East whilst retaining local support and project ownership

Trade Processors
We introduce you to reputable trade processors local to your delivery points, who have a proven track record in service and quality. Regardless of markets or legislative restrictions, we can place you with your ideal manufacturing partner.
